Jessica Swann, Diploma Programme Coordinator at La Garenne International School

Jessica has over 15 years of experience in education, having worked in the UK, Egypt and Kazakhstan. She holds a BSc in Forensic Science and gained her PGCE from the University of Exeter. A Chemistry specialist, she has taught across the MYP, IGCSE and IB Diploma, alongside other British and international curricula. Jessica was an IB Coordinator before joining La Garenne and has also spent over 10 years as a Head of Science. She now oversees both the IB Diploma and High School Diploma pathways, working closely with students, families and colleagues to guide subject choices, academic progress and future pathways. She values consistency, high expectations and strong relationships, helping students develop the confidence and independence to succeed both at school and beyond.
