We place children in the following age groups: 6-9 years, 10-12 years, 13-16 years. Occasionally, we may move 12 year olds into the teenagers’ group.

Summer Camps 2026
Our Summer Camps 2026 for children from 6 to 16 years old, have new, exciting activities for all age groups. In the morning, you will have interactive language classes in English or French, while the rest of the day is given over to sports, activities, excursions and challenges.

Perhaps you are into Robotics and 3D printing, horse riding, splashing about on the lake, an overnight mountain hike or even a two-day trip to Chamonix or Europa Park? Whatever you go for, you can be sure you will have the time of your life at La Garenne.
So if you are aged from 6 to 16, and looking for a holiday in a spectacular Alpine environment, join us for 2, 4 or even 6 weeks from June to August 2026. Applications can be made here.
About our Summer Camps
La Garenne has a well-deserved reputation as one of the best Summer Camps in the world. Campers stay in comfortable shared rooms where they are cared for by our experienced boarding staff. We are dedicated to creating safe, memorable holidays, and our on-site health centre ensures well-being is closely monitored.
Our Summer Camps are organised into three age groups to ensure that every student enjoys activities suited to their age and interests. The groups are: 6-9 years, 10-12 years, and 13-16 years. With around 50 nationalities represented, you will meet people from all over the world, challenge yourself, improve your language skills, and make memories for life.
