Our Summer Camps are organised into three age groups: 6 to 9, 10 to 12 and 13 to 16 years, to ensure that every student enjoys activities tailored to their abilities and interests at every stage of the programme. With around 50 nationalities represented across our international summer camp community, you will meet people from all over the world and make memories for life.
Perhaps you are into Robotics and 3D printing, horse riding, splashing about on the lake, an overnight mountain hike, or even a two-day trip to Chamonix or Europa Park? At La Garenne, our boarding summer camps and day camp programmes for children and teenagers aged 6 to 16 offer an unforgettable Alpine experience, combining adventure, creativity, and learning, with English or French language learning, structured supervision and an international atmosphere. Whatever you choose, you can be sure you will have the time of your life at one of the top international summer camps in Switzerland.
Prices start from CHF 6’980 for two weeks full boarding, or CHF 6’350 for day students.

We aim to give all our campers an amazing Alpine experience in a supportive, international environment. Along the way, they learn languages, teamwork, resilience, make friends from around the world, and create memories for life.
La Garenne Summer Camp is located just outside the village of Villars-sur-Ollon, a beautiful Alpine village in the Swiss Alps, around 90 minutes from Geneva.
No. However, we do offer discounts for siblings attending the camp.
Requests to share with another student are considered sympathetically. To ensure integration and harmony, students from different age groups are not permitted to share rooms.
Summer temperatures usually range between 18°C and 28°C. The weather is generally warm and dry, and students are always encouraged to use sun protection.
Students enjoy a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports, expeditions, clubs, excursions, cultural visits, and creative activities adapted to each age group.
Campers attend French or English classes from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 12:00, with a short morning break.
We welcome students of all language levels, from beginners to advanced learners. Campers are encouraged to communicate in English or French during their stay.
Summer Camp class sizes usually range between eight and twelve students.
Campers come from around the world, with approximately 45 nationalities represented each summer.
Students enjoy balanced international meals prepared by our in-house chefs. Vegetarian options, salads, fruit and healthy snacks are available daily, and special dietary requirements can be accommodated.
To encourage integration and participation, access to phones and devices is supervised and limited depending on the student’s age group and accommodation.
Yes. We organise airport transfers for students arriving and departing on official camp dates and times.
If cancelled 65 days or more before the camp starts, fees are refunded in full in Swiss Francs. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 65 days of the start date.
